Who We Are
We are an independent, boutique wealth management firm located in Miami Beach. Our clients-first approach is driven by integrity and core values, with a keen focus on your long-term success.
We invest in creative solutions. We invest in personal connections.
We invest in you.
A culture built on integrity and transparency
We celebrate your uniqueness, your authenticity, and the knowledge that you understand that we are on your side. This cannot be achieved without a level of trust that we believe is paramount to the client / advisor relationship.
Respected leaders in the finance industry
Our unwavering commitment to putting our clients first has driven our success, and the industry has noticed. We are honored to have been recognized by our peers for various awards throughout our tenure, a feat we could not have achieved without our amazing team and clients.
Miami Beach based, with an extensive global reach
Although our home office is in Miami Beach, we have a broad range of strategic partners that are instrumental to our international resources. From Shanghai to Monaco, New York to the Caymans, We strive to be experts on a global scale.
Our Story
After nearly 20 years in the financial services industry, we grew frustrated by the constraints and red tape of being employees of large banks. In 2012, we sought to create our own boutique advisory firm based on the principles of independence, transparency and client advocacy. We unapologetically embody an anti-corporate culture. Located in the heart of South Beach, we personify our surroundings: laid-back, easy-going, and approachable. Our office feels more like a Silicon Valley start-up loft with high ceilings, industrial lighting and collaborative whiteboard walls than a stodgy old Wall Street private bank. We are extremely professional; yet display a unique family-oriented environment that is comfortable and familiar for all clientele. We embrace new technology to enhance the client experience.
Community and culture are paramount.
We are proud of the community we have built with clients, friends, and business partners, and continue to serve the community where we live and work. Our unified-team culture drives collaboration and connection, with a continued focus of putting our client first.

Competitive Advantage
We have developed a unique family-oriented culture that places a larger emphasis on long-term financial planning than on short-term performance. Maintaining the belief that by educating and collaborating with our clients about their investments, they are more inclined to come up with their own informed decisions.
By separating our advice from where products are sourced and where assets are safely held (custody), we avoid many of the conflicts inherent in traditional bank wealth management models. At large brokerage firms and banks, these are traditionally linked and clients are given advice, buy products/services, and hold their assets all at the same financial institution. By completely unlinking these in a way most others don’t, we embrace a more client-focused, personalized model.
Our goal is to provide customized advice that is objective, transparent and client-focused, while minimizing outside influence. At Rose Capital Advisors, we understand that each client has a unique path to financial success, and our individualized approach dives deep into which plan of action is best, and will yield the greatest results. As fiduciaries for our clients, we are legally bound to place their interests above everything else we do.
The separation of custody creates an additional level of protection for clients. We have the flexibility to work with one or multiple top tier custodians such as Pershing/Bank of New York, Fidelity, and JP Morgan to hold all client assets in safe keeping. We have no affiliation or commitment to these firms; instead, we believe that they are the best firms for the job, and best meet our clients’ needs.
Instead of being captive to one company, our clients now become an extension of Rose Capital Advisors which is an institutional client of Wall Street and leverage the best intellectual capital, resources, and capabilities in the world, ranging from global capital markets research, alternative investments, credit and lending solutions, private banking services, investment banking capabilities, integrated technology, insurance, estate planning and much more.
Why an independent advisor?
“A fiduciary is someone who has undertaken a legal obligation to act in the best interest for and on behalf of another in a particular matter in circumstances which give rise to a relationship of trust and confidence” — Bristol & West Builg Society v Mothew
Your interests are best served by a Wealth Management Advisor who acts as a truly unbiased fiduciary, as opposed to traditional brokerage and bank advisors who are held only to the “suitability” standard.
Open-architecture approach & institutional research coverage
As a member of the Dynasty Financial Partners Network, Rose Capital Advisors’ investment solutions are selected from amongst the best available across the industry. Your wealth management team is not obligated to sell certain products, with the goal of creating a conflict-free environment. Investment solutions are vetted through an institutional research process and consistently monitored throughout the investment cycle.
Rose Capital Advisors clients’ assets are custodied at a leading independent custodian of your choice such as Pershing/Bank of New York Mellon, JP Morgan, and Fidelity among others. Rose Capital Advisors utilizes consolidated reporting technology from Envestnet that integrates the client’s entire portfolio of assets onto one statement.
You want your advisor to be focused on providing the best possible advice to meet your needs, as opposed to being motivated to execute transactions. Unlike traditional brokerage and bank advisors, Rose Capital Advisors’ wealth management team is not incentivized to recommend transactions and instead can provide their best, unbiased advice and counsel at all times. Unlike traditional brokerage and bank advisors, Rose Capital Advisors’ wealth management team is not incentivized to recommend transactions and instead always strives to provide unbiased advice and counsel.
